En contraste con los tests diagn\u00f3sticos \u201cproyectivos&#8221;, que requieren interpretaciones m\u00e1s o menos subjetivas de un psic\u00f3logo especializado para su uso, provee informaci\u00f3n que puede ser empleada inmediatamente por la misma persona que la ha llenado para su autoconocimiento, as\u00ed como por terapeutas, coaches o facilitadores de crecimiento personal de cualquier escuela.<span class=\"read-less\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"sa-collapsed-dropdown active\">Est\u00e1 basada en gran parte en el \u201cLife History Questionnaire\u201d, del Prof. Arnold A. Lazarus, Ph. D., cuyo libro \u201cThe Practice of Multimodal Therapy\u201d fue publicado por nuestra Editorial bajo el t\u00edtulo <span class=\"details\"> de \u201cTerapia Multimodal\u201d (1983, en papel) y como \u201cTerapia Multimodal y las escuelas de psicoterapia\u201d (2013, online), conjuntamente con R.
