Este es el coraz\u00f3n de la biblioterapia, un proceso de interacci\u00f3n con los libros \u2014y, por extensi\u00f3n, con otros textos que contienen un contenido convocante\u2014 que les permite a las personas recrear y encontrar en estas lecturas significados que dan sentido a su vida o que act\u00faan como mecanismos para sanar aspectos ps\u00edquicos.<\/p>\n

Esta obra, resultado del trabajo posdoctoral del Dr. Antonio Rom\u00e1n en UFLO Universidad, presenta un enfoque interdisciplinario que vincula la logoterapia de Viktor Frankl con la psicolog\u00eda social, la neurociencia y la psicolog\u00eda cognitivo-conductual. Adem\u00e1s, se presentan casos pr\u00e1cticos que ilustran c\u00f3mo la lectura puede transformar vidas en contextos de extrema vulnerabilidad, como prisiones y comunidades marginadas.<\/p>\n
